Why is it important to have Experience when getting a job?

It is VERY important to have experience when deciding a job you'll have. Without knowing how to do the task you are assigned why would you even attempt it? For example, if you are a basketball instructor and you've never played basketball a day in your life chances are that you won't be very  good at the job. To wrap it up it's important to have experience in a job so you know how to do the task that the job involves.

Its important to have experience when getting a job because you will have an understanding of the work environment you are in. Jobs will be more interested in hiring you because they know you can qualify because of your experience. If you decide to go for a job that you have no experience in then it will be as if you are getting trained to do your job and some jobs may find you as a burden. So if you have experience, job recruiters will find you as a valuable piece. Its also good for you have to experience because its easier for you.
