The head of food services (HFS) for the public school district has submitted a revised menu for the new school year. The new menu does not offer any "junk food" items. The HFS defined "junk food" as any food with greater than 10% of an average adolescent's daily fat intake. Therefore, students will no longer be able to choose any type of chips, cookies, or candy. Other high–fat–items such as macaroni and cheese, pizza, lasagna, and hamburgers have also been excluded. The majority of students in our school maintain healthy weights, and the new menu does not offer any leniency. Students who buy school lunch should be allowed to have one day when they are allowed to indulge. Adults know that maintaining a healthy diet is possible by allowing oneself to indulge periodically. Insisting that the school menu have strictly "healthy" foods is unrealistic. Which of the following sentences could be added to the end of the first paragraph that would acknowledge the opposing viewpoint without weakening the student's argument?
A. The majority of citizens in our city oppose junk food in schools.
B. Supporters say that a healthy menu should be required by state law.
C. However, state laws cannot create healthy minds or make students eat healthy foods.
D. However, surveys show that only 32% of students in our school are classified as overweight.

" keyn asked. tablin looked around the dirt courtyard. he tried to peer through the shadowy arches of the flowing barrel. he even twisted in his saddle to look across the merchant's bazaar, past tents and warehouses filled with goods. "i don't know," he said. "did you leave it in your mouth? it's the only place i can think of that's big enough." keyn laughed; something got stuck in his throat half way, and he coughed for breath. "i can see you're good to go,” tablin observed as keyn struggled to clear his throat. “go get your horse yourself before i take the job and leave you to rot in the flowing barrel."
