A personal accomplishment i acheived was running a mile in 5mins and 47 seconds. The strengths and skills i used was my endurance and stamina to run nonstop for a mile. I ran this mile at a pace of 12mph. I used a short breathing skill which helped me. I used my strenght of using my legs.

 My greatest accomplishment is when I took over a children’s reading group in my current position as a Library Assistant.
