One of these devices must be the use of parallel structure. •It should be delivered effectively, with attention paid to adopting and maintaining the appropriate tone, pacing, and vocal emphasis throughout. •It should be delivered while you maintain excellent posture and eye contact with the audience. •It should take you between two and three minutes to deliver the speech.
