Ok so this is gonna sound really weird but please help me out. I'm 13 years old and autistic and have really bad social anxiety. To help me learn how to talk to people my mom is making me invite my old 7th grade ELA teacher out to eat. I'm really scared and I don't know what to say when emailing her or how to act during dinner or anything. Even when I go out to eat with my family I make my mom order for me because I don't wanna talk to the waitress. I really want to meet up with my ELA teacher but I way overthink everything.
