People stop concentrating on studies because they think about others thinks that spoil their mind about studies

focus on other things you enjoy like playing video games , outdoor/indoor games , listening songs , doing some household chores and even sleep if you are tired. Doing some exercise can be a good distraction too to get some mental rest from studies.
