The positive messages conveyed in the picture is the fact that the man on the right sitting at the desk gets to sit down and do his work, and he seems to be in a positive state. Another positive message conveyed in the picture is the fact that the guy standing up on the left is putting in effort getting his work done despite the negative state he is in.
