I kind of like it, it just needs some more detail to it. See when a reader goes to read a book they want a clear image in there mind of the story. The beginning needs a bit more detail to it and after someone says something you need to put in their sarcasm or fear or whatever plus when one of them get hurt like at the last part of the first image it said “That’s when I started to feel nauseated, like I was going to throw up. Thats when i blacked out.” Maybe put something like ‘I felt hot, sticky liquid running down the middle of my back, I started to feel nauseated. Thats when everything went black. And when you said the zombie thing maybe put zombie like thing…
