Firstly, this is something you should do yourself, but I wouldn't mind helping.

Three things they need to keep themselves/family/communities healthy

1. The possibility of helping one another, many people our age these days don't do that anymore, for example if you see someone having a rough time simply offer to help them. Either with school work, or any difficulties they have encountered. Doing that will make a big difference with yourself, your family, and the community. Just by simply gratiously helping one another instead of ignoring or being selfish like how most are now today.

2. Negativity, it seems though today everyone has their negative side overpowering their positive side. Which will lead to drug use, smoking, and drinking. As a community we can do the best of our ability to help these people out, instead of ignoring and shaming, help them out, hear what they have to say. This can change many many lives

3. LGBTQ Community, even though they now have the power to be themselves, it seems that there are still a lot of people out their filling these type of peoples heads with negativity. Leading to Depression and even death. As a community, as our self's, and as a family, we can conquer those negative people and shame them for shaming people for being them self's, and help the people who are "different" to love themselfs for who they are.

4. Environmental, our environment is slowly being destroyed by none other but us, humans. As an individual, even with the smallest things, can make a different. Either by recycling, or even by planting healthy plants. With that said some people can see what you are doing and you can encouraged your family to do the same, and your family can encourage the community to help this planet.

5. Physical health, instead of being on your phone all the time, try to step away from the screen and do something else. Technology is controlling our lives, leading us to have unhealthy bodies and unhealthy minds. By going outside, or excerzising, this is one way which can help a healthy community grow, influencing each other to do it. A healthy body leads to healthy minds, with that said if more
people would step away from their techonolgies maybe the community will be a better heathier ways to live.

6. Education, education is key to have a wonderful life in our society/community/and yourself. With a full education, they can be what they set their mind on. Leading a happy life, with the good money that is payed to them, so they wouldn't have to worry so much. Having a good education can get you many things while not having an education can get you minimumal things.
