When you answer outside calls on an office phone, which do you identify first

You say Hello, (name of your department they are calling) This is (your name) speaking.

Here is an example if that doesn't make sense:
So if someone calls your office, restaurant or any department that your work in this is how you
Hello, This is the West Canyon school office, Hailey speaking.
