The scene describes Lady Capulet's discussion with grieved Juliet. Lady Capulet thinks that her daughter weeps for Tybalt, however she doesn't know the bitter truth. And even when Juliet asks for poison to kill Romeo, the real reason is to kill herself that her mother doesn't know. It is an irony.
