What is the difference between point of view and choice of person?

A POINT OF VIEW is basically what it says. A point where the view is taken from. Is it taken from someone's own point of view, as they state their own story, using the terms '"i" and "me"? That would be FIRST POINT OF VIEW. They're talking about their story, their own story, from their own point of view. From the way they see things. Similar, there is such thing as SECOND POINT OF VIEW, and THIRD POINT OF VIEW, in which a narrator tells the story of another person, from an outsider's point of view.

A CHOICE OF PERSON is literally choosing which point of view. You choose the person that's going to narrate this chapter or this chapter. In some books, the choice of person varies in each chapter.

I'd say the difference between these two would be that a Point of View is a point out of three, from which a view is given, while a choice of person is in which you choose which person will narrate this or that. This is that slight difference between the two.
