- Adolescents are having their brains wired at an early age by messages on tv, books, magazine, and internet. These messages can be about an ideal of what you should be or what you should do and buy.

- Media can persuade adolesecents to do and try things that are not safe but only consider the social benefits of it.

- Media can misinform naive adolescents who are not receiving education for themselves or who are easily persuaded. Adolescents don't always have experience to know what is real or- false.

- The most dangerous part of media is the portrayal of body images and the looks of the prettiest woman in the world . The media usually shows models, singer's or dancers always wearing make up, which is unrealistic of the average female. Adolescents are unsure of themselves and more likely to adhere to trends.
