Essay on a true hero is a unifying force in a diverse society

A Hero In Times Of Diversity The world is a very diverse place today.  Whether it is a small community of a large continent, you can see people of different races and beliefs living in one place.  There times that these differences often cause conflict among these groups of people.  Each of them would like prioritize their own interest above all others and when people are divided, the fall prey to those who wish to subjugate others.  In times like this, a person who appears and unifies these diverse groups against such threats is considered a hero. Why do we call such a person a hero? He has the will to bring people together when the need arises.  He knows that no matter how different some groups from others, there is still the potential to work together if there is common ground to do so.  More importantly he or she recognizes that everyone no matter how different has to potential to contribute to the welfare of the whole.  It takes a gifted person to do that. Today we face a lot of crisis that affects all of us.  We cannot let our cultural or racial differences divide us.  When people of strong character come forward and unites us, we can do anything.  Their inspiration is the key to our success.  That is what a hero can do in times of diversity.
