Are these statements correct and if not how can i fix them to be (explain), especially the 2nd statement:

une entrée avec du riz, du poisson et du sel--an appetizer with some rice, some fish, and some salt

ou

une entrée du riz et le poisson avec du sel--an appetizer of rice and fish with some salt

i think the 2nd one i wrote is much better.

Please, I read you had to list 3 ingredients but salt is kind of weird.

Why don't you relace it by "sauce" it would seem more tasty and appetizing.
