It is common for people to make generalizations about other cultures. For example: all French people wear "berets" or all Canadians play hockey.

What are two other generalizations about French-speaking people or countries? Are they fair and accurate generalizations? If so why and if not, why not?

Discuss in English why these generalizations are made.
