Sur la photo, on voit un plat qui s'appelle  "la raclette"

On fait fondre sur une petite coupelle  du fromage , et on le verse sur des pommes de terre chaudes. On les mange avec de la charcuterie : du jambon blanc ou fumé, du saucisson et des cornichons, si on veut.

Il existe des appareils spéciaux qui s'appellent "des appareils à raclette"   pour faire fondre le fromage. Il peut y en avoir pour deux personnes mais aussi pour huit personnes. Chacun a sa spatule pour faire fondre son fromage.

Le fromage utilisé est du fromage à raclette. Il y en a plusieurs sortes avec des goûts différents : nature, fumé, au poivre, à la truffe
