The 3 groups are United Nations, Tutsi Rebels, and The French.

During the Rwanda genocides, more than 200,000 people had left to the neighboring countries while others remained in refugee camps. The role of the French army among others was to protect the refugees from the RFP by establishing a protected zone in an area approximated to be one-fifth of Rwanda territory.  

The United Nations helped with providing transportation to refugees and also provided other services such as health care, food, water, and other emergency services. The Tutsi refugee who had fled the country were coming back to reclaim their property and help to rescue other refugees.
