The home seller is making him self look better to his boss maybe even earn him a raise and might get benefits from selling more houses.But if he sells the house to you he is not able to pocket the money then company he is working for will pocket the money.The home buyer is about to own property if he decides to buy it so if he signs the contract there is problems and benefits with that. the home seller might trick him into signing something they didn't agree on and that could mean a lot of lose for the home buyer.
