To be classified as a tropical cyclone must have maximum winds obtained at least 74 mph. Category 5 must-have storms with winds more than 156 mph it can go up to 318 mph. Category one and will produce some damages, the category is extremely dangerous and will cause extensive damage, Category three is devastating damage, and category four causes catastrophic damage and the last category causes severe extremely catastrophic damage. Apart from this category 6 and 7 have also been developed based on hurricanes like Katrina and Patrick.
