1. Contamination of the environmental resources and the degradation of the level of oxygen as a result of the cutting down of forests and natural habitats loss.

2. Chemical contamination because of deceptive release of the material leaving the industrial facilities and exploitative dumping.

3. Increment in the population growth resulting from migration of people from other counties, lower Infant Mortality rates, better life expectancy of the residents as a result of good nutritional intake.

All these factors results in the increase in the basic needs of the people thus requiring more land and hence clearing of trees and land area.
