Passing of the 95 thesis by Martin Luther which opposed the rule and authority of the church in the year 1517. Opening up of new churches by a swiz reformer which challenged the power of the catholic church in 1519. Revolt by the people in Germany against the authority of the catholic church and of the local princes in 1524. In the year 1534, king Henry of England, opposed the power of Catholics and also took away the land and established an independent church.
