If the water in the pacific ocean was colder, how would seattle's temperature be impacted?

I answered in another question, and please don't double post.
"Seattle would become colder because the ocean currents will cool down the shore of Seattle, which eventually cools down the land and atmosphere of the city."

We can not answer this question because we cannot see the graph,sorry< 3

The sunlight has affected it beacuse its always so hot so they dont get much rain so a lot of their crops and stuff dry out.living things effect it somewhat bye and not a lot of the animals are goind extiect due to lack of food and water.
