Hi: ) i don’t understand why it causes the rocks to melt at low temperature. one of the factors causing rocks to melt is increased temperature. however, why does this factor cause rocks to melt at low temperature? i’m very confused, pls ! you :

As the cold slab sinks, water is forced out and percolates upward into the overlaying hot, dry mantle rock. This sudden addition of water lowers the melting point of that mantle rock, and it begins to melt.

Although this may be the opposite of what you think i will say it anyway. you were brought into this world for a reason and you still have soo much ahead of you. not everybody has an opportunity of living a great life, but it doesn’t give you a reason to end everything. somebody in the world loves you, and imagine what you would do to them if you left forever.
