What type of climate is found in the tundra?

Types of climate and geographical features are found in the Tundra a very cold year-round, windy winters, short summers, hardly any precipitation; treeless plain, moss, lichen, grasses, low shrubs,  permafrost layer(soil that never gets soft enough to cultivate) and the examples of wildlife are small rodents, polar bears, wolves, owls, foxes, seals.
