Are russians asian the world needs to know

I am afraid that there is no clear answer. Rather people consider Russians to be a mix of both as both Europe and Asia hold a significant part of it. But I would suggest to look for more historical articles and geographical articles for the best answer.

It is the doctrine that the us had the right and duty to expand throughout north america. it just means they believed they had the right to expand westward and they did! they stated with the 13 colonies and then they kept moving gaining different territories throughout the years
