What could be the impact to the people if there is only one climatic zones?

Explanation:

If all people moved to one climate zone, it would not be most pleasing thing. A lot of people live in mild climate but some, live in very cold or very hot climate zones. So changing from hot to cold would make some people ill because they never been to other climate zones before.
