Please What is the reason why geographers divide the geography of Asia into five regions?

The divide the continent into five regions in order to make the geographical analysis of the continent more detailed and specific. It is also easier to obtain geographical information from each of the five regions than from the continent as a whole.

The five geographical regions of Asia are:

West Asia

East Asia

South Asia

Southest Asia

and Central Asia
