Explain why populist or leftist leaders are nationalizing resources and what has been the impact on the nation?

Leftist leaders demand control over a population. They believe they know better than you do how to run you life. Nationalizing resources have led to fires breaking out in CA because the government refuses to do controlled burn for underbrush, as an example. The left believes that in the last 100 years humans have ruined the environment that they believe is millions of years old. Propaganda and a campaign of lies has led to taxes, taxes and more taxes.

Water flows along the east coast and across the western tropical pacific towards south america, while they both are directed towards that way,  el niño does not directly affect the southern flow of water along the coast.
