Another reason is because North Korea actually doesn't have a lot of school's, and the people who can afford to go to school in North Korea are like the REALLY, REALLY, SUPER rich people. normal people can't even go to school.

Another reason is because we actually don't exactly know what North Korea teaches in school since N.K. is very secretive about their society.

I'm not 100% sure if this is right, but this is also partly my opinion.
