Claim: I think that Oregon (does/doesn't) currently have enough water

I believe that Oregon have enough water to sustain it self because of the rainfall that sometimes keep going for a week and it’s low population. Oregon also have a lot of lakes and rivers that are clean for usage. Take a look at Portland metro compared to Utah, Oregon is pretty green meaning there is a lot of water. No green without water!
