Why is the inner core a solid if it is the hottest layer?

Its considered a solid since it has all the pressure on it from all the other layers, If you compare the outer layer (the one we live on) Its not as solid because its at the top and it does not have the same amount of pressure applied.

Magma forms by partial melting of upper mantle and crust. partial melt means that only a fraction of the available material forms a melt, and that the remainder stays solid. the partial melt rises because of its lower density and ascends through he crust. this is so conclusive mean the answer would be magma igneous rocks or balistic magma.
