Describe three problems that have been encountered in establishing stable governments in latin america. why have many latin american states faced government takeovers, coups, and revolutions?

1. Exclusion and inequality. Most people in Latin América have been historically excluded from power, wealth distribution and acces to resources, education and security. Economic growth only benefits tiny upper ruling class since spanish colonies til today with the support of US an UK goverments, agencies and corporations like CIA; State department, World Bank, Chiquita brands, Exxon, Chevron-Texaco    
2. Narcotics. Poverty and exclusión derives in grows and trade of narcotics. This billionaire bussiness cause death, internal wars, violence, gangs, support politicians, specially extreme right parties and armies like paramilitares in Colombia who mainteined the status quo.
3. Guerillas and comunism has been the natural response to this extreme status quo. Marxism has influenced many social movements across America Latina and the importance of economies like Chile, Colombia, Brazil and México ones to the US interests had motivated US interference whith permanent army in the region avoiding any change or harm to the capitalist economy model
