The people of sub-Saharan Africa feel more loyal to their cultural group than they do their own nation. The answer is false. They do not feel as though the nation is helping them at all. They rely on the land and not the country to feed them. The fertility rate is high, the death rate is also high, and the life expectancy for the people is low. One of the most common conflicts is the country's borders do not reflect the country's cultural groups.
