Primary process how deltas are formed weathering erosion deposition

Rockslides on hills and mountains are created as gravity erodes and deposits rocks. In the desert, the deposition patterns of the wind creates sand dunes. Streams create deltas when they deposit sand and sediment at their mouths, where the water slows to meet the ocean.

This would be an open primary. a closed primary people can vote only prior to election day if the party if they are registered. independent voters can not participate. there is not a wide-open primary, but there is a semi-open primary.
