The Italians back then want to get a better way to living which is why they decided to move from the sourthern part to the norther part in order to gain more salaries with the use of factories which manufacture goods to everyone. They know well that being employed will be much better for them to earn money than working in a farm due to the fixed amount and salary that it provides.
