From nicci's story, why do you think nicci's friends were reluctant to speak up or take any action on the night of the movie?

when you rub, you also apply pressure, that pressure can urge the poop to come out. i think that when your rubbing, you also might be slightly breaking it up and that can further fill the stomach.  

well say a good goal is to do 150 sit ups in a week! or 90 pull ups a day. even 60 push ups in a month these are all fair goals!
