Homeopathy is a controversial form of complementary and alternative medicine first used in the late 18th century by German physician Samuel Hahnemann. It was much more popular in the 19th century than today.

People need to distract themselves with actitives. they can also find a natural high. an example would be eating alot of meat. that meat can release dopamine to the brain which gives one a natural high feeling.

Think it's rice because in many countries rice is the main food so it can be traditionally served all at once.
