1) Take notes in classes. Be creative with it.
2) Make time to study, everyday.
3) Be organized
4) Ask questions, no matter what. Remember, at the end of the day, you’re helping yourself.
5) Eliminate any distractions...or at least ‘til you’re priorities are straight.

Maybe you can delete everything you have had for catfishing for example convos, phone numbers, pics, etc. and possibly get a new email for new accounts just so you can start fresh as yourself not someone else
