Where do babies come from? (i already know it but this is for my class. can you me explain this )

A man has a penis and a woman has a vagina. The penis makes the sperm, and the vagina holds the eggs.

Babies are made when a man and a woman have sex, and the man’s sperm fertilizes the woman’s egg. Then, the baby grows in the woman’s uterus for 9 months until it’s big enough to be born.

The baby comes out of the vagina, which stretches as the baby is born. However, some mothers choose or medically have to have a surgery to take the baby out of their uterus instead.
