According to the South African constitution, municipals are responsible for making sure that the citizens in the country have access to basic services. Some of the services provided by the municipalities include water supply, sewage disposal, electricity supply etc.Social justice ensures that opportunities are distributed equally and fairly among the people. The provision of basic services by the municipals ensure that everyone gets access to the services since the municipals are the closest government to the people. Water of about 6000 liters is given every month. Also, electricity as well as sewage services are provided.
