The strength and encouragement to do so. Positive self acceptance is something very hard to have and it requires strength to do so. We also must have someone telling us that we are strong and we are beautiful, smart, and amazing. We need just one person wether it’s a friend, family member, or even a publicly famous person, our mind needs to hear not just from ourselves.
