Children are typically the a recipient of interactive psychotherapy.

Interactive physical therapies involve the use of physical aid such as toys and drawings in order to keep the children interest and improving the result.

Adults don't need physical aid as much as children do, ( they would probably include some drawings for a specific psychotherapy test, but mainly adults are able to interact without any)

You would modify how often you work out in reps and sets and also modify calorie intake
