What is the difference between a sprain and a strain? what are the areas of the body the affect?

You strain muscles and you sprain joints. Straining is stretching too far and spraining is twisting a joint too far

hi i'm homeschooled too, i live in a ranch far away from anybody and i rarely get to see my friends, i would wake up every day and do the same thing : wake up, get dressed, practice the piano ,do school and go to bed. i did this every single day and i got so bored and super sad and last month i found out my dad has parkinson's disease so i really got d epresed and i went to a really bad place. so insted of letting life beat me up i decided to do more fun things to me out. i satrted to read books (i recomend rick riordan's books like : percy jackson. heroes of olympus and magnus chace), i started to draw and paint,   write fan fiction and started to listen to billie eilish ( i really recomend her ). you are not all alone go out, experience life, make friends and if your parents tell you no to go out tell the that you need it, your a tenager you have to have friends. i hope this you, good luck.
