It can be dangerous for a pregnat woman to change a liter box

Yes it could be dangerous because, If a pregnant female does find it good to change a cat litter box, she should wear gloves when doing so and wash her hands thoroughly afterward. The cat litter box should be repeatedly wiped on a daily basis. Toxoplasmosis  in the litter box require 48 hours to become not active.
