Physical fitness is good for all human beings whether you just walk your dog everyday or play sports. Physical activity can help with depression and anxiety as it can help you be happier or keep your mind off things. If you participate in sports at school then you are more involved in your school and the community. If you sign up for walks that help a cause then that's also amazing because it's helping people achieve something.
