So it's passed 3 days (haven't been working out) but the pain still is the same amount. i don't see any external damage should i rest a few more days?

Yes I think you should rest you probably pulled a muscle while working out.

Well, l think that some effective communication is, emotional barriers and lack of attention, interest distraction or irrelevance. also some physical disabilities such as hearing problems or speech difficulties.      l hope i am correct  and you good luck.
