Here are 4 different want you can motivate yourself to reach any goals:

1) Listening to music. Listening to music can really help motivate you tp reach your goal. In many studies, people who listen to music while trying to achive their goals are most likly to succeed.

2) Get a prize. Getting a prize for reaching a goal is a really good way to motivate yourself. This is a really good way motivate yourself to complete your task/goal.

3)Get support from friends/family. Getting support to reach your goal is an ideal way to be motivated to finish your task. This a great way to motivate yourself.

4) Be fearless. Being fearless is an ideal way to reach that goal. When you are trying to complete a goal, fear won't help you reach your goal. The only way to reach your goal is if you just put all that fear behind you, don't let it interfere with your goals.

2 Help someone. This would be very positive with yourself since helping someone makes you feel good.

Afew buddies come over to your house to hang out. they notice you're struggling in school, perhaps you have to rely on to pass your class, but you can't absorb the knowledge. they could positively reinforce getting a tutor and working with you, dedicating more time to the areas of struggle and less on hanging out to better yourself.secondly, say you're the victim of bullying. you're afraid to tell an adult because of possible repercussions from the bully himself. your friends encouraging you and pushing you towards telling an adult for your safety is another example.
