Do adolescents require fewer hours of physical activity then adults?

Younger people do not need fewer hours of physical activity than adults. Aerobic physical stimulation is slightly better for the circulatory system than it is for strength stamina, erstwhile anaerobic physical activity is much better at helping the strength endurance than it may be at strengthening cardio respiratory exercise. Therefore, people should receive physical exercise to maintain good health.
