In order for a problem to be categorized as 'chronic' , it need to last for a long period of time

For example when you smoke, you will leave a small amount of chemical in your lung. If you only do it once, that chemical will eventually leave your lounge and it became as good as new

But if you smoke regularly, it will slowly accumulated and one day it create a chronic problem for your lounge

You did not show us the image of the burger, but i shall try to answer as best i can.  when purchasing food, always consider the ingredients as well as the person who prepared it. consider if they were hygienic people or not, in case the burger was infected with bacteria. no mortal should place an infected burger into their mouth.
